These are the keys to growing in the ways we need to in order to get what we really want in life. We don't need to be afraid of our negative feelings and fears. Running away from our negative feelings will leads us back into our routine of distractions.

Understanding these negative feelings and working on them leads us directly on a strong path of personal growth and evolution. Overcoming it will bring clarity to its source and make us stronger. Having negative feelings will cause us to live in our minds, but we can learn to surrender to that energy to overcome it. It is great to have positive feelings but it is also important to be able to stay connected when we have negative feelings. On this level of awareness, everything is clearer and everything we do is better. Because opening up allows for energy to flow in and when there's enough of it, we can connect with our higher consciousness. When we can connect with our feelings, it can lead us to connect with our higher selves.
STAY FOCUSED ON THE BIGGER PICTURE HOW TO
In order to feel we have to temporarily let go of our minds, and if we can't do that then it's a good time to learn how to do so. Our feelings can be the best judge to what is really going on in our lives. The best thing we can do when we take a few moments for ourselves is to see how we feel about everything. We attract whatever we believe in, therefore our time gets filled up with what is more important to us.

But at the end of the day do these things make us happy? Do they fulfill us? Probably not! What we really fulfills us is when we connect with ourselves and with the world around us on a deeper level.īut before we can do that, we have to make it a priority, not having it as a priority will let all the other distractions flow in. We have technology, entertainment, bills to pay and so many other things that can keep us overly busy. We may have a hard time keeping in touch with the big picture of life because our society offers so many distractions and fears that can consume us.
